DAVE DAVE IS A CONTEMPORARY CONCEPTUAL ARTIST FROM BROOKLYN, NEW YORK. DAVE SPENT HIS EARLY YEARS IN WHAT ONCE WAS A PREDOMINANTLY ITALIAN NEIGHBORHOOD KNOWN AS CARROLL GARDENS. AS A CHILD,  DAVE FREQUENTLY RODE THE SUBWAYS WITH HIS MOTHER. HE LOVED LOOKING AT THE GRAFFITI THAT LINED THE TUNNEL THROUGH WHICH THE TRAIN TRAVELED THROUGH.

DAVE DISPLAYED KEEN INTELLECT AT AN EQUALLY EARLY AGE. HE WAS READING THE NEW YORK TIMES BEFORE HE WAS IN SCHOOL. HE ALSO BECAME INTERESTED IN TAP DANCING. HE SAW TAP DANCING AS A WAY TO FLOAT IN WEIGHTLESSNESS AS HE DEFIED GRAVITY OVER THE WOODEN FLOOR IN HIS TEACHER’S STUDIO THAT WAS JUST BLOCKS AWAY FROM THE BROOKLYN BROWNSTONE IN WHICH HE WAS RAISED. HE ALSO ENJOYED BREAK DANCING IN CARROLL PARK AS OLD MEN PLAYING BACCI BALL WOULD WATCH DAVE POP LOCK AND SPIN ON HIS HEAD.

DAVE ATTENDED THE ART CENTER COLLEGE OF DESIGN AND AMONG HIS CLASSMATES WERE CHESTER BENNINGTON, MIKE SHINODA AND JOSEPH HAHN OF THE ROCK BAND LINKIN PARK AND STREET ARTIST, SHARK TOOF. DAVE'S FIRST CONCEPTUAL WORK WAS GLORIFIED IN HIS POP INSPIRED STREET STYLED SERIES, LIFTED. DAVE'S LIFTED SERIES, AS PROMOTED ON THE TELEVISION SHOW, THE DOCTORS, REFLECTS A PASSIONATE DESIRE TO UPLIFT THE WORLD from social chaos.

DAVE'S CURRENT CONCEPTUAL WORK, THE STATIC SERIES, IS A STUDY OF STATIC AS IT WAS VIEWED THROUGH TELEVISION. STATIC EXISTS IN EVERY MOMENT THROUGHOUT THE HUMAN LIFESPAN. THIS CONCEPT IS COMMUNICATED THROUGH THIS SERIES.

DAVE DAVE HAS PREVIOUSLY SHOWN AT MARTINI LOUNGE, THE WEST HOLLYWOOD HOUSE OF BLUES, THE JOSEPH WATSON COLLECTION AND EDEN AT THE ARTS FACTORY IN LAS VEGAS, THE MARTINI LOUNGE AND AT THE ROCKSTAR PALACE IN BEL AIRE, WHICH WAS FORMERLY OWNED BY LEGENDARY MUSICIAN, PRINCE ROGERS NEILSON.

DAVE DAVE CURRENTLY RESIDES IN LAS VEGAS, NEVADA. DAVE'S WORK WILL BE UNVEILED AT AN EXCLUSIVE LOCATION SOMEWHERE IN THE TRI-STATE AREA ON THE EASTERN COAST OF THE UNITED STATES IN 2018-2019.
